At Nimbu, every outfit is stitched with love — but we get it, sometimes things just don’t fit right. That’s why we’ve made our returns simple, transparent, and joyful — just like our designs!
No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items
All sale items are final. No exchanges or returns are possible — our little lemons on sale deserve loving homes too!
7-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Nimbu piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
- Email us at help@nimbukids.in within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Choose to:
- Exchange for another item of equal or higher value, or
- Get a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund timeline: Once we receive your item back and complete a quick quality check, your refund will be processed within 2–3 working days to your original account.
Pickup & Shipping Details
- 1st return or exchange pickup is completely free. We’ll arrange a doorstep pickup and cover both pickup and reshipping costs.
- For a 2nd exchange request, shipping and handling will be at the customer’s cost.
- Please ensure the return package is properly sealed and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at help@nimbukids.in with photos and details. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement swiftly within 5–10 working days.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, any applicable shipping fees will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
