Seller Guidelines
Before initiating a return do ensure the following conditions are met:
- No stains or marks or fading, lint or pilling
- All buttons, beads, laces intact, stitching in good condition
- Items should be in good condition for another child to love
Always think of another family receiving your preloved piece and if it would make them as happy as it made you when you first dressed your baby in it.
Please note, we only accept Nimbu preloved items.
