At Nimbu, every piece is stitched with love — but we get it, sometimes things just don’t fit. Don’t worry, we’re here to help make things right (the sustainable way, of course!).

No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items

All sale items are final. No exchanges or returns are possible — our little lemons on sale deserve loving homes too!

Want to Exchange? Let’s Do It!

While we don’t offer returns, we’re happy to exchange or issue a store credit if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange:

Your item needs to be:

  • Unused, unwashed, with all original tags on and in its original packaging

  • Ready to swap for a new item (or items) of equal or higher value

Not ready to shop right away? We’re happy to issue a credit note valid for 6 months.

Please note:
You’ll need to ship the item back to us at your own cost (except for damaged or defective pieces). Once we receive your return in good condition, we’ll process your exchange or credit note.

For sizing related issues, we want to minimize the inconvenience of returns for you so we have pretty accurate size charts on all our products. Just swipe left on the images section to check our size charts. Please use those to check against your child's well fitting garment to figure out if the piece would fit!

Refunds (Only for Damaged or Defective Items)

We only offer refunds if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please email help@nimbukids.in within 2 days of delivery with details and images of the defect to let us know and we will work it out with you!

We will arrange a pick up of the damaged piece and once we receive the item, we will inspect it and inform you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days to your original payment method or in the form of store credit immediately. 

Cancellations & Returns

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

But we understand if you change your mind and want to return your order. Please send the order back to us within 14 days of receiving it. Once we receive, we will inspect it and inform you of the refund outcome. We will refund you in store credits once the products pass our inspection (we will check if the pieces are all new and full of zest, just how we sent them to you).

Please note, we do not offer cash refunds (except for orders with damaged or defective pieces). Refund is always in the form of store credits valid for 6 months.
