Yes, our journey started in Singapore. But before that, it began in an aangan in Kanpur. Barefoot laughter, hand-me-down dresses made by amma, the earthy smell of monsoon baarish—these are the childhood moments that built the foundation for Nimbu.
When our founder moved to Singapore and became a mother, she searched for kidswear that carried the same softness, soul, and cultural warmth. But the market offered either mass-produced fast fashion or uninspired basics. That gap led to something new. It led to Nimbu.
Why We Started Nimbu
We didn’t start Nimbu just to fill wardrobes. We started it to fill a gap—between fast fashion and mindful parenting, between generic clothes and meaningful designs, between style and soul.
